The true value of a company is not defined by its products alone, but far more by how it handles criticism—and, above all, by the respect it shows toward its customers.Some time ago, I ordered and paid for replacement lenses for my Mecpow X4 Pro on the Mecpow website. That was weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. Last week, I tried to find a phone number for this company, but it appears to be nonexistent. It seems this company simply doesn’t want to communicate with customers. You can leave a message on their website (which I’ve now done twice), and both times, I received the same meaningless email in response, asking for the same information (which I’ve already provided at least three times). In my opinion, Mecpow offers terrible customer service, and I’m left with the strong impression that this company falls into the category of untrustworthy online sellers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
