After only 2 month's using their mecpow X5 pro laser it completely stopped working. I've checked the cables, it has currency but the láser and the fan is,not responding. After 3 weeks waiting that support answered me they came with silly solutions about a not good,connected cable or fire sensor. It's A NEW PRODUCT!. I also have a enclosure for the machine with a very bad fan that is supposed to extract the smoke. It's very weak and does the same then my 1 usd fan from temu.The frame build quality is massive but the support and the rest of the product is a waste of money.The problem still isn't solved!I don't recommend mecpow
