Don't bother.Arranged collection via the Cambridgeshire branch for my late Mothers medical equipment provided by NRS originally, I wanted the items collecting swiftly for someone else in need of them, booked in for 17th March, received a text message on the morning of between 12-4pm.Collection time came and went with a no show, waited in for 4 hours. I called in and contact centre staff were unable to contact the driver to find out what happened.I called again, booked for a second time for Friday 20th March, same again...another no show though I never received a timeslot text.The contact centre staff seem fine but what happens in the process after their input is shoddy.
