Unfortunately, there is no facility for giving no stars, which is probably what the 80% of people who marked one star would have preferred. This is the second time that I had arranged for a visit to fit a bath rail. On both occasions I took time off NHS work, where I deal with vulnerable people and on both occasions was sent a text on the day to say that the named driver was en route and arriving in minutes. When they had not, four hours later on the first occasion and two hours later on the second, I called and was told that it was cancelled that day. They made no attempt to communicate this until I called and appear to have no respect for clients’ needs and I have asked them not to bother.
