They can’t give you a time slot until the day of delivery, which is meant to be a two hour window, they give the whole day, so it’s difficult to arrange anyone to accept not knowing the time, Firstly delivered a bed for a patient at home for palative care which had the wrong guard rails, so couldn’t install, which meant the patient fell out of the bed. Then arranging a time to pick the bed up same thing can’t give you a time slot or give you one that is 24 hour time slot. Sit on the phone for hours trying to speak to someone. Totally useless company
