I contact Mediquip at 8.30am it is now 5pm and they have still not arrived. My mom has been bedbound for three years so it has not been easy to get her out of bed, she is now, and has been for the past 3 hours, on a fold up bed with an airbed on top as her mattress is punctured. If and when the technician arrives it will take a while for the replacement mattress to inflate so she will have to remain uncomfortable on the airbed for quite a while longer. I have rang them twice and informed them of this they said it was marked as urgent. It should not take all day if this is the case. Update:The technician arrived around 6pm with no replacement mattress so we have to go through this all over again. I have no idea when this will be he could not say. Poor customer service.
