I recently took delivery of a bed and commode for relative.I was beyond impressed with your delivery guy - I think his name was Steve. What impressed me so greatly was Steve's attitude. He showed enormous sensitivity and care, clearly recognising/understanding that the health and prognosis of my relative is not good.
