Medequip are delivering misery and despair across the UK. They need to improve communications, listen to service users and take some action. Good Manners would be a useful place to start. Followed by acknowledging and apologising for service failures. This organisation is supposed to be delivering equipment to people in poor health, some of whom are ageing and vulnerable. The service is a shambles. The disrespectful way they treat service users is a disgrace. Medequip is not fit for purpose.
