The customer service is appalling. My 90 year old father had a profile bed delivered which was faulty and did not lift up. Having rung the company they agreed it was urgent and would deal with it that morning as he needed to be in bed and was sat in a chair.It took 37 hours from the first phone call of which there were several to actual repair. At this point we were nearing 7 days from first delivery.There was little help or advice as to when this would be repaired. This coupled with a lack of communication and vulnerable adults left without the correct equipment is concerning. It begs the question whether this is considered a Safeguarding issue. Such a shame for those who have nobody to speak on their behalf about this poor service.
