Received a text message saying Technician Michael would be making a delivery today.When delivery was made he at first placed the shower chair replacement seat (in a very large cardboard box 2feet cubed), I said are you Michael the technician and are you going to replace the seat, which he did not seem to happy to fit but he did.As he was about to leave I mentioned that he had forgotten to take the box and packaging with him, His reply was that they did not have a skip at their premises so I would have to dispose of the box etc.As he was leaving my house he said that "I had bad attitude"As a man aged 79 I now have to dispose of the leftover packaging.Great Customer Service Ido NOT think
