Unbelievably poor attitude from delivery driver. Barely grunted a single word, no help, no care taken, didn't want to know, very uncomfortable to have him in the house. Their "customer service charter" on the website really couldn't be any further from the real experience! What if this was for a single vulnerable person, it'd be almost criminal to send this driver. The only other previous delivery we had from them was equally bad, a young lad shoved an item at me (that we'd be told would be set up for us) and said I don't know how to set it up, there's instructions inside. If you have ANY CHOICE at all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would never buy from them and it's sad this is the appalling service our NHS has to pay for.
