In my experience, Medequip find themselves often in a difficult position, between getting the authority to supply equipment, authorised by the NHS, and their end customer who are often irritated that it has not arrived yet. Only yesterday they supplied something to raise a divan bed but it was incorrect. This was not their fault as it had been wrongly specified by the NHS even though an adequate description had been given to them. This being the case their customer service person ( Antonia) could not have been more helpful in getting in touch with the NHS and reorganising the delivery.
