Really poor customer service.Received a text earlier today to say that the bed my Mum had, would be collected between 09:30 and 13:30 today.Sat around my Mum's from 09:15. No updates received throughout the morning.Called the Customer Service team around 13:15 asking for an update, to be told, the technician must be stuck in traffic and the driver has another 2 x appointments before me. I said it would have been appreciated if someone from Medequip had given me an update, rather than me chase them.I asked to speak to the Manager, who returned my call @ 14:00 to say that I was next on the list.Providing good customer service is paramount for any respectable business to be successful, surely.
