My first order went smoothly. I submitted everything required & was approved. However, after that, I was flooded with “time to refill” emails, promised that reills are 'QUICK' & easy. When I finally tried to refill, it was far from quick & easy. My order was put on hold. I was asked for a lot of information again, even though my file had been updated on the refill page & approved only 7 weeks earlier! I understand follow-ups are necessary when prescriptions are dispensed, but every 6 months would make more sense, not at every single refill, especially when MedExpress is pushing a client to refill. I’ll be exploring other online dispensaries that provide easier refills.
