Incompetent and Misleading Credentialing Company!!!!!Our company started the credentialing process with MediBill in January, under a contract stating completion within 60–120 days. It’s now almost 300 days later, and the process is still incomplete.There is a total lack of organization, accountability, and transparency. Onique, the manager who claims to oversee our credentialing, could not provide any proof of progress during a meeting specifically about our delays. When asked to pull it up on his computer, he admitted he couldn’t and said he needed to “check with the team.”We’ve had to personally call every payor to get real updates and even resend documents that MediBill claimed were submitted. Despite all this, they still have our money for credentialing and continue to act as if nothing is wrong.So don’t let them tell you “we’re working on it” or that “you’re in network” — demand proof and follow up weekly. We’ve lost thousands of dollars and months of progress because of this company’s incompetence.Beware before using MediBill. Their lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism can cost your business dearly.
