He is always quick to reply, very professional, responsive, and has been able to answer all my questions. They also assign someone to guide the onboarding process. We have Alex Walker and he has also be wonderfully helpful and responsive. The onboarding process does take a little bit, but they provide a timeline and are able to make sure things are moving in the right direction. Wish I would have taken this leap years ago.
