Worst customer supportI booked madibuddy for test of mine and my sister, I got full assistance on that day of how to make payment.Once I made my payment my struggle started:1. the sample collector guy insisted to change my time again and again, unprofessional behaviour.2. Again I got someone else repot with same reference 3. Third party lab was used for test which was not disclosed at time of making payment 4. I tried to book doctor consultation for my report which was promised to me while time of sale was not given. I doctor called me without my report no idea of what is consultancy all about 5. When I insisted MediBuddy team to share my report to mapped doctor they said they can’t do it neither shared me any link to upload 20-25 pages report and again asked for money6. I am calling them again and again and they are keeping me on hold for 1 hr
