I was given doctor appointment at 11:00 AM for chest X-ray. I received SMS a day prior to an appointment but not received email confirmation and not told by any agent who called multiple times while taking insurance. He wants me to speak in HINDI only and don’t have English customer support and disconnected. In this case they must target only Hindi speaking people as their clients. Such a rude behaviour.No one helped or did any support on customer support as well. The toll free is not even ringed and gets disconnected for long. I don’t think these fellows will help during medical emergency. Crap !!!!
