I have recently traveled from U.S. to Cancun for a mommy makeover surgery. It is major surgery and it was my first time doing something like this in Cancun so I didn’t know what to expect. I was very impressed with Dr. Arturo Valdez’s work as a surgeon, as well as his team including Jenny. I was extremely impressed with the medical Vacation nurses that were assigned to me. Aurora, Marlen, and Ana, were amazing. They would pick me up for my hotel and take me to my appointments. If we needed to go to the Pharmacy, they would stop by and help me with that. They also helped me with filling out the hospital forms because I didn’t speak Spanish. They set up a WhatsApp chat group, and it was very easy to communicate the entire time I was there. Because of medical vacations and all of the team I felt very comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout my time. I will highly recommend anyone to do a surgery through medical vacations.
