I did a quote and it was straight forward to get this and a good price. I have had to claim in the pass so I phoned the claims department to check on a few things. I was told that in an emergency in Sri Lanka one would have to use the public hospital first and this cover I am looking at taking does not neccesarily include 'private hospitals'. My husband had a heart attach in Sri Lanka a few years ago and we luckily was able to get private treatment and he had a quadruple bypass straight away. So this insurance from Good to Go was not what we were looking for. Dissapointed. Yes as someone said it can be easy to get the insurance you need but you will not know until you claim on how good it is. This insurance is definitely not for us. They also quote a legal company for legal advice but when I phoned them they were again the 'claims dept.' ..... not impressed.
