Took over an hour to complete when I had already done all the work online myself. I should have just completed the app myself online. After the hour to fill out an application, I was transferred to someone else (who I don't know) & she had kids screaming in the background non-stop and so loud I couldn't focus. After giving all my info to the first person (hour long call) she then asked me to give it again.. Why? The company was an LLC....?? which made me incredibly nervous how the call was handled. She said she wanted to pull up my information on another website to ensure the info I gave was correct. Why? Who is this LLC working United Health Care and Medicare applications I could have completed myself online??
