They have a script that you’ll have to read that is over 1,000 words long and if you miss ONE word the manager will pull you off phones to nitpick your call and take your commission away for the month. Callers are calling about food cards, stimulus checks not Medicare. This job sucked my soul dry. Another red flag, the trainer told our class about how stressed this job made her she broke out in hives and had to be hospitalized. Now that I myself have been hospitalized due to the stress and anxiety now I get it. I got tired of lying to old people so I quit yesterday.
