The App is terrible, I submitted a claim and couldn’t get out of the page. I clicked the back arrow and this didn’t respond. Clicked the home icon and this asked if I wanted to cancel the claim. I have had to delete the app and reinstall- then it asks are you an existing customer or new?, I responded existing and then I had to register again- so frustrating!
