Just a quick update. Medicash have contacted me and claimed they have now paid the amount as per policy but I still have not received no payment. If and when I am paid I will amend the rating on here. My previous message was as follows:I usually don't get too many problems with Medicash but recently I had to claim for both dentist and for new glasses. So as usual I submitted my invoices which had all the necessary details on it including the date. Responding to my optical claim, Medicash replied with the most ridiculous letter "Unfortunately, the receipt you have submitted does not show the treatment date. Please can you resubmit your claim along with a new receipt detailing your treatment date". I have now sent them a document detailing the eye test date. If they do pay out as per policy I'll emend the score here on Trustpilot accordingly, but I think they will make any excuse to avoid paying out despite being entitled to claim this.
