Firstly you should change your claim responses to 7-14 working days as on more than one occasion i’ve submitted a claim and it’s taken way over 5 days… also the benefits table isn’t clear… contemplating opting out of this with my company as I get a hefty deduction for what I can only class as not even average customer service… 🙄🙄🙄
