After some initial issues my claims have now been agreed and I am clearer on what to do next time following initial review below.I put in a claim for two prescriptions but this was rejected as they wanted a receipt with my name on it listing the medications. My pharmacy said they cannot do this for nhs prescriptions so I have no way of claiming. Their customer service team are friendly but unable to help. Disappointing given my claim is completely genuine.
