Pathetic company looking for any reason to decline your claim. I pay for 5 years and never used it until my accident. My physiotherapy claim was refused because as part of physiotherapy as all physiotherapy has was massage. They don't understand that physiotherapy is complexed and involves all kinds of tasks. Another claim was declined because I spent too much. My wife also spent too much and thy paid towards coats maximum they could but I was refused for exactly the same thing. My complaint is open 4 years already without any closure and they now lying to why they refused me when I have an email from them. I don't struggle but some people will find dealing with them extremely stressful.
