Medicash consistently looks for reasons to refuse claims and is slow to act or respond. Even when complaints are raised, they show little willingness to resolve issues. I have yet to see a positive outcome.Over the past 12 months, I’ve received multiple complaints from employees. We employ over 200 people, all covered by Medicash, and the level of dissatisfaction has been significant. At our next renewal, we will be switching to another provider.
