They will do EVERYTHING to avoid payingOn complimentary therapies, I am covered for ‘sports massage’.I’ve been for a sports massage, got the receipt which says ‘sports massage’. On their website, it says the ‘sports massage’ option that you can book.My claim is rejected because the receipt needs to have the therapists name and qualifications?! That’s not what a receipt has!! A receipt is proof of payment and the service. I’ve had similar before too with other options. This company are an absolute fraud, and any employers thinking this is a good scheme for your employees - think again!!Shame on you medicash.
