Ordered and paid for 24hr Tracked postage. The tracking updated but I never received the product. I don’t think it was ever sent to me personally. There has been a recent long winded blog on the site (after closing for some time) talking about how they are struggling for product, and how they will be focusing more on profitability going forward. Seen a few other recent bad reviews on here regarding the service, and response to issues and I can fully second them, not a great experience, and now out of pocket. Wondering if the site has been taken over or possibly on the way out, because it definitely doesn’t resemble the site it used to be.
