I’ve ordered a few times with no issue, but this time my order has been declined because I hadn’t ordered since Nov. I had still been taking my pen regularly but I had a little break over Christmas and took every 2 weeks so my second to last pen ended up lasting longer. Despite me explaining I haven’t missed my dose over the last month they refused to sell this to me and said instead I need to go back to 2.5mg. I am in 12.5mg! I have requested a refund and they have said, in their words “we will issue a refund in 5-10 working days”. Extremely quick to take £250 but giving it back? 2 weeks! Ludicrous. Not even processing time with the bank, it seems they intend to wait to even issue the refund. Completely unfair and now I am out of pocket and without my next dosage.
