I am sharing my painful experience in the hope of receiving a resolution. My son, Mahboob Khan, made a $379 AUD payment for an MMI course on 15/12/25 by mistake. Since then, I have been trying to request a refund, but I have not been able to reach anyone.I have contacted Medic Mind through WhatsApp, the phone numbers listed on their website, and their online contact form. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. I have the payment receipt and bank transaction screenshot ready to provide.I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the team could please reach out and help resolve this matter.Thank you.
