I ordered a stethoscope and case with a promised delivery date. When I called, I was informed that free shipping items were delayed, and the representative couldn’t confirm arrival by Christmas. Thankfully, I found another gift. While customer service was helpful in canceling my order, they seemed indifferent. I get that delays happen, but over a week late is misleading. Offering free shipping during the holidays but failing to guarantee timely delivery is frustrating.
