I ended up purchasing a returned Mota Sofa (instead of the Rio I had ordered) and while I had hesitations about a returned couch I went with it. It has been 1 year and this couch gets every day use by me, my husband and our two small dogs. The couch is beautiful and we are happy to make this purchase. What I was interested in buying is something made with care and good craftsmanship and you can tell by looking at the frame and the couch fabric and cushions. So the wait for me was worth it.
