I made my original purchase on June 30, 2023 which had an original estimated ship date of September 5th. Then I received an update at the end of August that it was estimated to ship September 18th. Now you all are saying an additional 6 week delay to ship October 30th!? That is 4 months from my original purchase date and 2 months delayed from my original ship date. I had previously communicated with your Sales team that we purchased a new home back in June and have had no sofa or furniture to sit on while we await your furniture to arrive. When I received word of the last delay, I also let the Sales team know that we had family arriving at the end of September and were in need of our furniture. They said it should not be a problem and we’re targeting to have it arrive around September 25th. Now we’re going to have family at our new home with no place to sit.
