I'm updating my review because I have been contacted by customer services. They explained that my email was filtered as spam and they are now working to solve the issue.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with them because their poor customer service.
While the platform itself has been helpful for my daughter’s studies, the process of cancelling the subscription it is extremely difficult and disappointing. According to their website, there should be a cancellation option within the user profile. However, this option simply does not exist in our account.
As a result, we followed their alternative instructions and contacted their support team via email multiple times. Unfortunately, we have received no response at all. Despite this, they have continued to charge the monthly subscription fee.
It’s very disappointing because the product itself has potential, but the lack of responsive and transparent customer service completely undermines the experience. Customers should not have to chase support just to cancel a subscription.
I would not recommend using this service unless they significantly improve their customer support and make the cancellation process clear and accessible.
