Frustrating Experience with Wrong Item

I ordered a specific medical overlay, but the company sent the wrong item. I provided clear photos to show the discrepancy, yet they ignored multiple emails and stalled the resolution. They tried to hide behind a hygiene policy that didn’t apply to my situation. Customer service was slow and unhelpful, avoiding the main issue of sending the incorrect item. I had to file a complaint just to get a response. No customer should have to struggle this much for a refund for something they didn’t receive. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this company.
