Omar helped guide me through the purchase of a new medical style bed for my mother who went into a memory care facility that did not have a bed for her. My mother is weakening and has had issues falling, including out of bed. The new bed met the facilities needs of not have a full side rail and met my mother's needs of having a support that prevented her falling and helping her out of bed. Omar also helped coordinate the delivery to the memory care facility and coordinate an installer since I live remote to where my mother lives and my relatives were unable to complete these steps.
