I can't remember ever having such excellent, personalized customer service in all of my 70 years.They don't want me to mention names but the man who helped me (O.S.) was attentive, helpful and very kind. He helped me with a specific need even after the bed was delivered and in use.The bariatric bed is extremely well made and was delivered promptly. Everything was packed well and arrived damage free.
