Stay away!!!! MEDVi is a US based company. However when you sign up you are transferred to customer svc all over the world; Russia, India you name it!? You are always refused to speak with a super or manager. You need to first escalate your concern and then they will sometimes contact you. Never immediate help!!It’s a scam company. They make you believe it is all US based with immediate help. Nurses are always busy and it takes weeks for appt. Nothing is right away!!The people document their file making themselves look good even when mistakes are being made. So many different have documented my file they are lost. And again the only person who can help, a manager, has not called me. Also when you cancel you lose any money you have already paid. They cancelled my subscription even though I had months of medication left. They do not refund!!!!
