The phone was sent in excellent condition, but I chose the 'good option' since it's an older model. After sending it, I received a picture claiming it was faulty with a 'delaminated' screen, which wasn't the case when I shipped it. I have evidence showing the phone's great condition prior to sending. The customer service was very poor and unhelpful. They offered me £20 instead of my original proposal of £180, which left me shocked. I'm not satisfied and would like some form of compensation.
