I ordered ski clothes in November, but they arrived late and were of poor quality, making them unsuitable for skiing, so I returned them. I had to pay £15 for the return, which wasn't clearly mentioned during the ordering process. Now, I've received a customs charge of over £90 for the items to be sent back to another country. I wasn't informed at the time of purchase that I was buying from overseas. This has been my worst buying experience ever. I'm still waiting to hear from customer support.
