I've had no acknowledgment of my return since December 10 or any refund. I paid for the return myself, but where is my refund? I haven't even received a reply to my email. The ski pants were not true to size; I’m a size 10, and they were way too small! I returned them on November 10 via tracked return and have only received an automated response. I understand it’s Christmas, but this is very disappointing! I also had to cover the return shipping costs without any acknowledgment of receipt. Terrible service.
