I placed a very large order with Meet Me There on July 13 and it is now October 7 and all I’ve received is an email with tracking info for my package (I received this email on August 21). I tried to contact the courier service (FedEx) but there is nowhere to do so. I have sent many emails to Meet Me There and so far, I’ve had an awful experience with them replying very vaguely about the state of my package, claiming it’s up to the courier service to provide any further information. I said that I don’t know how to contact FedEx as it doesn’t give me an option and they replied with the same answer stating that I must get in contact with the courier service as they have my package. The customer service is non existent and I am thoroughly outraged at how long this package has taken to ship and am starting to believe this whole company is a total scam. I am very frustrated as I ordered these clothes a month before my vacation so that they were sure to be here in time for my departure date. They obviously were not and I have no clue when they’ll be here now. Customer service for this company is a joke. They also have not offered me any discount even after the lengthy wait for my package and terrible customer service. Do better, Meet Me There. My order number: #2439412
