I ordered ski clothes in November, but they arrived late and were of poor quality, making them unsuitable for skiing, so I returned them. I had to pay £15 for the return, which wasn't mentioned during the ordering process. Now, I've received a customs charge of over £90 for the items to be sent back to the seller in another country. I wasn't even informed that I was purchasing from overseas at the time of my order. This has been the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I'm still waiting for a response from the support team.
