Unknowingly booked this company (if you can call them that) through compareyourparking.co.uk which has an excellent Feefo rating.Drop off was efficient and the driver was courteous, which clearly provided me a false sense of security. It was downhill from there.Upon return it took 45 mins for the car to be returned. When I opened the door something felt off, the driver made a sharp exit and I’d realised that someone had riffled through the car. Glove box and centre console emptied, small change gone. This was the least of it.I’m in the process of moving house and had some valuables in the rear seats so on closer inspection realised they (or someone) had stolen my rucksack containing a laptop, a soundbar and 1 of 3 TVs. There is absolutely no sign of a break in. To top it off they had clearly been driving the car around as a 1/3 of a tank of fuel had been used. Yes naive of me to have left those items in there…book official airport parking going forwards!Do not use IMG Group Limited, Meet and Greet Luton Airport or Compare Your Parking
