We had the below booking and experienced the worst service ever!!!We were told to call 30 minutes before we arrived, which we did. Had to phone a few times as the number below doesn’t get answered. We then had to wait in the freezing cold for the shuttle for about 20 minutes. They couldn’t find my booking, even with the booking number!!! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The taxi then reversed out straight into the side of a customers car!!! The driver then illegally drove speaking on his mobile all the way to the airport, veering in and out of lanes!!! Our return trip was just as bad. When we called we were told the taxi would be 30 minutes. We decided to wait inside as it was freezing. Then had a call 15 minutes later saying we need to hurry as he was ready and would only wait for 5 minutes!!! Again, sat on his mobile illegally, driving erratically again. When back, one again they said they can’t find my booking and couldn’t find the car!!!! Absolutely shocking and disgraceful!!!
