On the 03rd of November I left my car with IMG Parking Limited at Luton airport around 11AM. Picked up car on the 19th of November and immediately noticed extra miles driven. Driver claimed ignorance and said to contact office number. Calling number produced no help and in meanwhile I received penalty note with photo of my car driven back to terminal at the time I was in the air onboard flight. Challenged again Company and received no reply. Airport Luton is responsible for letting these scammers use official booking through Luton airport site.
