*Avoid Luton Meet and Greet Parking – Unprofessional and Frustrating*I followed all the instructions sent via email, yet the service was late to collect my car, causing unnecessary stress. On top of that, I was charged an extra £8 for pick-up/drop-off — a fee that wasn’t clearly communicated. When I tried to speak with staff, no one could help. Instead, I was handed multiple different email addresses and told to appeal the charge. I did exactly that, but never received a response.To make matters worse, when I called to follow up, they hung up on me. It’s not just about the money — it’s about the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive. I will absolutely never use this service again and would strongly advise others to steer clear.
