My lease car was parked using the 'meet and greet' service. A while after the service had been provided, my car's leasing company contacted me to advise they had paid a parking fine that was incurred whilst my lease car was in the custody of 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk'. The car was parked at Luton railway station. The leasing company automatically paid the fine and billed me. I have subsequently repeatedly contacted 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk, by phone and email, to request reimbursement of the parking fine. >1month has elapsed since 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk' were alerted to the issue. No money has yet been received.
